Our beef is hormone-free. We have 2 options that you can pick from when buying our beef.
You can either stock your freezer with a ¼, ½ or whole.
Otherwise, we also have the option of beef boxes.
1/4 Beef
It is customized to your likings with a variety of cuts from both the front and hind of the beef. You will receive a cut sheet from us where you indicate what cuts and sizes you want.
1/2 Beef
It is customized to your likings with a variety of cuts from both the front and hind of the beef. You will receive a cut sheet from us where you indicate what cuts and sizes you want.
Whole Beef
It is customized to your likings. You will receive a cut sheet from us where you indicate what cuts and sizes you want.

Our beef boxes include:
- steak, 2lbs (farmers pick)
- roast, 3lbs (farmers pick)
- ground beef, 6lbs
- stewing beef, 1lb
- 1 soup bone (meaty)
All meat is frozen.
